ABOUT ME

Aloha ~ My name is Julyne Morvis. I am married to George and we have two great kids, Georgie & Alyssa, and our fur baby, Blossom.

I have been a scrapbooker since high school and a stamper since around 1993. I discovered Close To My Heart in 2006 and fell in love with their wonderful clear My Acrylix stamps and coordinating paper products & inks. I loved it so much that I joined the company!!

I have been with Close To My Heart as an Independent Consultant for 14 years. Sharing my love of scrapbooking, stamping and papercrafting with others has been a dream come true for me. Some of my dearest friends I met through Close To My Heart both my customers and fellow consultants. The mission of Close To My Heart is ~ We show you how to celebrate relationships through discover your creativity, to preserve and share the moments that matter most. I hope I can help you in celebrating your relationships.

YES!!! I dream about paper. George says I'm addicted. Despite moving in 2004 and leaving my paper collection back home, I have managed to start a whole new collection of paper. Since becoming a Close To My Heart Independent Consultant I now use much of the paper I collect. I have become confidant in my scrapbooking and cardmaking. Rediscovering My Paper Dreamin' Blog

I started my Paper Dreamin' blog on May 29, 2010 and you'd think I would have hundreds of posts right?!? Well, I counted and I only have 7 . . . you read that right only 7 blog entries! I love sharing my creations here on the blogosphere. And not too long ago I received an email from a really sweet person who googled "origami butterflies" or something like that and my little blog came up in the search! Except I never posted the follow up entry with the directions. Thus the need to email me. I'm glad she did because it made me want to blog again. I'm not as funny and witty as my son, Georgie, is on his blog http://georgiesinparis.tumblr.com/ about his summer in Paris. He's got some mad skills at this blogging.
